Harlescott Commission from Casper

has everybody recieved the 'Harlescott commission'? I spoke with a non artist recently who suggested a medievil-greco-industrial revolution facade of a workers cottage in concrete and cast iron bas relief to represent the 'inspirational' architecture already present on Shrewsbury's Northern Corridor. I suspect it wouldn't pass the planners stage but are there any other ideas that artists have they are willing to share with the community?
